Discovered Labs

Technology

We documented Discovered Labs' team offsite in Ericeira, Portugal, across video and photography, capturing four days of vision sessions, a hackathon, surfing, a pastel de nata workshop and beach volleyball. The production included a documentary-style film, interviews with the founders and team, short-form social videos, professional photography and aerial drone footage. Every asset was made to show who Discovered Labs is and how they work, built to attract future talent and clients.

The main challenge was capturing a candid, unscripted story of a remote team that rarely meets in person. The agenda kept shifting up to the week of the shoot, so we planned around tide-dependent surf slots and four different locations while staying invisible on the ground. In post-production, the goal was to turn real moments and honest interviews into a documentary-style narrative.
