

One of the main challenges was aligning photography, platform development and recruitment communication into a single, cohesive system. The goal was not only to create images that felt authentic to MSC’s environment, but also to ensure they performed effectively across different touchpoints — from the careers platform to LinkedIn and external recruitment materials. At the same time, all newly developed sections within the Phenom CMS needed to follow the existing structure and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across the entire digital experience.
The project required adapting visual and content outputs for multiple platforms while maintaining consistency with MSC’s brand guidelines, digital ecosystem and recruitment objectives.




Beyond photography and platform development, the project expanded into building a structured recruitment communication layer. This included the creation of hiring-focused visual assets and flyers, designed to support ongoing recruitment campaigns and increase visibility across digital channels.
